The variety is a multipurpose crop intended for the production of hay, silage, use as green manure, or for livestock grazing. The grain contains high levels of toxins and therefore should not be used for animal feed.

The plant belongs to the late maturity group and in this trait is close to the variety Capello. It is characterized by the presence of soft seeds, which distinguishes it from a number of other varieties with hard seeds, and high dry matter yield.

The variety demonstrates moderate resistance to Ascochyta and susceptibility to Botrytis. Recommended for cultivation in regions with medium to high rainfall.
