The variety is an annual legume with a prostrate stem, developing slowly in the early stages and actively accumulating vegetative mass by flowering. The variety is classified as early-maturing; it demonstrates high resistance to winter cold and fungal diseases, but is susceptible to aphid damage.

Green mass productivity is 250–350 c/ha, seed productivity is 4–10 c/ha. The plant adapts well to various soils, including sandy, acidic, and alkaline, as well as to drought conditions. The green mass is suitable for feeding dairy cattle, as well as for use as a green manure in rotation with durum wheat.
