The variety is the result of crossing the varieties Alphonse Lavallée and Black Monukka. Bushes are characterized by above-average vigor, leaves have a round or pentagonal shape with three or five lobes.

Bunches are large, of moderate density. Berries are medium-sized, oblong, dark purple in color, with a characteristic dimple at the tip. The pulp is firm, seedless, with soft rudiments.

The ripening period occurs 1–1.5 weeks after the Chasselas variety. The variety has average or below-average frost resistance and requires crop yield regulation. Resistance to fungal diseases is estimated as low, while a certain resistance to grey mold has been noted.
