The variety belongs to the second ripening epoch. The plant is characterized by a semi-erect habit and high growth vigor. The productivity of the variety is estimated as medium, and the final yield as low.

The variety is sensitive to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and esca, but shows resistance to gray mold. A tendency towards millerandage and sensitivity to moisture deficit is noted, due to which the variety is not recommended for planting on dry soils.

Wine made from this grape possesses deep color, pronounced tannins, and good structure, with occasional acidity or alcohol deficiency. The aromatic profile includes notes of ripe fruit, rose, and violet. The variety is a wine grape, not widely distributed; clone No. 1269 is approved for propagation.
