Blanca del Tollo is an autochthonous Spanish variety, also known by the synonym Bobal Blanco. The variety is intended for winemaking, and the white wines produced from it are distinguished by pronounced acidity and freshness. The presence of geranylacetone has been identified in the chemical composition of the berries.

The plant possesses the ability to adapt to arid growing conditions. When irrigation is used, the yield of the variety increases noticeably, and when grown under water deficit conditions, the content of soluble solids in the berries exceeds 23 °Brix.
