The variety is the result of a natural cross between Hebén and an unknown parent. It is characterized by a late ripening period and is well adapted to traditional cultivation conditions. There is a color mutation of this variety with red berries known as Calop Rojo.
Morphologically, the variety features hermaphrodite flowers and medium-sized clusters. The clusters are cylindrical-conical in shape with a wing, and their density varies from medium to loose. The berries are also of medium size.
