The variety is the result of a cross between Calardis Musqué and Seyve Villard 39-639. The plant has moderate vigor and an upright shoot growth habit, which facilitates maintenance. The ripening period is medium-late, comparable to the Riesling variety.

The grape belongs to the PIWI group, exhibiting very high resistance to downy mildew and high resistance to powdery mildew, gray mold, and black rot. The berries are resistant to sunburn. The yield of the variety is medium to above average; shoot thinning may be required.

The clusters are medium-sized, loose, and winged. The berries are medium, greenish-white in color, acquiring a golden hue in the sun. This wine grape variety is intended for the production of white and sparkling wines characterized by high acidity and aromas of passion fruit, blood orange, and fresh apple.
