Variety description

The variety is a complex interspecific hybrid obtained from crossing Merzling and (Seyve-Villard 12-481 × Müller-Thurgau). The vine has medium vigor, an upright shoot growth habit, and low lateral shoot formation. The vegetation period is approximately 135 days.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew, botrytis bunch rot, and good winter hardiness, allowing for minimal pesticide use. Bunches are medium-sized, conical, and medium-dense or loose. Berries are small, yellow-green in color, and covered with a relatively thick skin.
The grape is characterized by good sugar accumulation with moderate acidity. The resulting white wines are noted for floral notes and taste qualities reminiscent of Müller-Thurgau or Pinot Blanc varieties. The wines are suitable for both young consumption and short-term aging.
