Listán Blanco, a synonym for the Palomino Fino variety, is a wine grape variety for the production of sherry and dry white wines. It is characterized by large clusters, medium to large berries, and its wines are prone to rapid oxidation and often have a neutral profile.

Listán Negro is an autochthonous variety of the Canary Islands, the result of a cross between Mollar Cano and Palomino Fino. It is used for red and rosé wines, adapted to volcanic soils, and in wine exhibits mineral notes, aromas of red berries, and spices with moderate acidity and soft tannins.

Listán Prieto (known as Mission, País, or Criolla Chica) is a historical Spanish variety brought to the New World. It is a vigorous and high-yielding variety with black-reddish-pink berries, resistant to drought, and possessing moderate resistance to fungal diseases.
