Listán del Condado is a local variety cultivated in the Spanish denomination Condado de Huelva. It is the subject of scientific research on the identification and preservation of the genetic diversity of autochthonous varieties in germplasm banks.

The variety is used exclusively for winemaking. In viticulture, it is used both for creating varietal wines and in blends, including the production of fortified wines with biological aging under a 'flor' yeast layer and 'Palo Cortado' style wines.

Wines from this variety are characterized by an elegant dry taste with mineral, salty notes and nutty nuances. Currently, the variety is undergoing sanitary status research, including analysis for the presence of viral diseases.
