LISTAN PRIETO is a vigorous variety with conical, elongated, medium-density or loose clusters. The berries are black-reddish-pink in color and have high sugar accumulation potential.

The variety possesses high drought resistance and above-average resistance to fungal diseases, with clusters resistant to grey mold during prolonged ripening. Susceptibility to Pierce's disease is noted. Productivity in hot climates can exceed 20 tons per hectare.

Wines from this variety are light to medium-bodied, with moderate tannin and alcohol content (11–13%). The flavor and aroma profile includes fruity notes of red berries, as well as earthy, herbaceous, smoky, or mineral nuances.
