The variety is vigorous and productive. Leaves are rounded, 5–7-lobed, with a U-shaped sinus; the tips of young shoots have heavy pubescence. Clusters are large and compact; berries are medium-sized, oval-shaped, and their skin often features characteristic markings.
The variety is sensitive to grey mold and performs poorly in overly fertile soils, yet it adapts well to clay, sandy, and calcareous soils. Due to its late ripening period, it is recommended for cultivation in warm southern regions.
Wines from this variety are characterized by high acidity, freshness, and a light profile with notes of citrus, white fruits, fennel, and floral nuances.
