The variety «Ukrains'kyi 85» (synonym «Zorka») belongs to very early table varieties. Clusters have an average weight of about 270 g, a conical shape and a loose or medium density structure. Berries weigh about 3 g, oval, white-pink in color. The flesh is fleshy-juicy, the skin is easily torn. Sugar content is 14–16 g per 100 ml, acidity is 5–6 g.

Leaves are medium, round, five-lobed, medium-dissected, dark green, without pubescence, with edges bending downwards. The variety is susceptible to diseases, pests, and frost. In protected cultivation, fan training is recommended with pruning of vines to 5–6 buds and a load of no more than 20 shoots per bush.
