8745 Seibel variety was obtained by crossing hybrids Seibel 5163 and Seibel 880 with the participation of Vitis aestivalis genes. The grapes ripen in September. Bunches are medium, weighing up to 250 g, berries are small-fruited, weighing about 2.8 g. Young shoots have a cobwebby apex and bronze leaves.

The variety is moderately productive, requires load regulation and grafting onto vigorous rootstocks. It was created with the aim of increasing resistance to phylloxera and fungal diseases. Wines from this variety have a purple-red color, high acidity and astringency.
