Variety description

The variety is vigorous, with shoot length reaching 3.5–4 meters. The plant has a male flower type and does not produce berries. The root system is powerful, deep, and well-branched. The vegetation period is relatively short, though late vine maturation is sometimes observed.

The rootstock possesses high resistance to grape phylloxera and drought, and is well-adapted to calcareous soils with carbonate content up to 25%. Resistance to fungal diseases and nematodes is medium, and resistance to leaf phylloxera is low. The variety tolerates heavy, waterlogged soils poorly and is sensitive to magnesium deficiency.
