The variety was obtained by clonal selection from the local population of the original «Afuz Ali» variety and is intended for fresh consumption. The main breeding objective was to ensure stable and high yields, which allowed for a productivity increase of up to 41% compared to the base variety.
The clone retains the morphological characteristics of «Afuz Ali», including a large cluster and oval berry shape. Resistance to major diseases, such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, is assessed as average or below average, which corresponds to the characteristics of classical Vitis vinifera varieties.
