The variety has weak or medium vine vigor. The cluster is small or medium in size, dense. Berries are small, round, colored blue-black. The grapes are characterized by high sugar accumulation.

The plant has moderate resistance to Botrytis cinerea and downy mildew, and is resistant to powdery mildew. The variety shows medium resistance to spring frosts. Yield is assessed as medium or high.

Wines from the Agni variety are distinguished by an intense muscat aroma, complemented by floral notes. The variety is suitable for creating both high-quality dry red wines and dessert or fortified beverages.
