The variety is a wine grape intended for winemaking. The vines are of medium vigor, with good cane maturation. The leaves are large, round, five-lobed, weakly to moderately dissected, with pubescence on the underside and a closed petiole sinus.
The clusters are very long, conical, and dense. The berries are medium, round, yellowish-green, with thick skin and juicy pulp. Harvest takes place in the last ten days of August. At maturity, the variety accumulates about 24 g/100 cm³ of sugars with an acidity of 5–5.5 g/dm³.
The flowers are bisexual. The variety has low frost resistance, withstanding temperatures down to -15...-18°C, and low disease resistance. In some databases, there are suggestions regarding the identity of this variety with Malvasia bianca lunga, however, in official registers, it is distinguished as an independent one.
