This variety is a clone of Cabernet franc obtained through clonal selection. It is intended for use in winemaking for the production of red wines.
The variety belongs to the late ripening category, corresponding to the V–VI epochs. It is characterized by resistance to diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew, and grey mold, and is certified as quality planting material.
