The variety is a grape clone officially registered in the Hungarian National Registry of Chardonnay. Its development is linked to the work of research institutes in Eger, which conducted selection programs for the identification of high-quality planting material.

The clone is intended for use in winemaking for the production of white wines. Its creation is aimed at maintaining varietal purity and ensuring the phytosanitary safety of vineyards.
