The variety is extremely ancient; its exact origin has not been established. It belongs to early or early-mid maturity groups and is characterized by weak to medium shoot vigor. Yield is assessed as medium-high or high, with medium to high sugar content in the must.
The plant forms medium or large bunches of medium density. The berries have a yellow-green color and may acquire a pinkish hue in the sun. The variety has medium resistance to diseases; the tendency for ovary drop is weak or absent.
