Leaves are medium, round, three- or five-lobed, slightly dissected, with a wavy and finely blistered surface. Flower is hermaphroditic. Bunches are medium, conical, dense. Berries are medium, oval-shaped, yellow-green in color, and may acquire a pinkish hue under direct sunlight; skin is firm.
The variety is sensitive to fungal diseases, in particular to powdery mildew, and prefers warm, dry, and well-ventilated conditions. Productivity is characterized as good or high. Genetically, it is the result of a cross between Castellana blanc and Savagnin.
