The variety is characterized by medium vine vigor. The shoot tip is open with sparse pubescence, the leaf is slightly dissected, and the flower is hermaphroditic. The bunch is medium-sized, conical, and of moderate density. The berries are large, green-yellow in color, and range from round to ovate in shape. Yield ranges from medium to high.
The variety is mid-late ripening, with harvest occurring at the end of September. It is distinguished by high drought tolerance, which allows it to be cultivated on poor soils. Resistance to fungal diseases is assessed inconsistently: from insensitivity to weak resistance to downy mildew.
It is used exclusively for winemaking. The sugar content of the juice is 17–23 g/100 cm³, and the acidity is 5–9 g/dm³. The wines are characterized as "summer" wines, with fruity notes, soft acidity, and the potential to create complex, long-lived specimens with slight astringency.
