Mid-season ripening variety with technological maturity in mid-to-late September. The vines have medium or high growth vigor, with hermaphroditic flowers. Bunches are medium-sized, cylindrical-conical in shape, moderately dense or semi-dense.
Berries are medium, oval, pink or dark red in color with tender juicy flesh and a harmonious taste. Sugar accumulation levels are 18–24% with an acidity of 4–5 g/l. Upon ripening, the berries are prone to shattering.
The variety possesses drought tolerance, frost resistance down to -19...-22°C, and relative resistance to grey mold (Botrytis cinerea). Resistance to downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola) and powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator) is low. Wines from this variety are light, with moderate tannins, and are not suitable for long-term aging.
