Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety has ancient Thracian origins and is widespread in Bulgaria and Greece. The vines have moderate to vigorous growth, and ripening occurs at early to mid-season.

Clusters are cylindrical-conical in shape and of medium density. Berries are medium-sized, round or oval, dark-colored with thin skin and juicy pulp. Sugar content ranges from 17–24% with an acidity of 4–6 g/l.

The plant is characterized by drought tolerance and average winter hardiness. The variety is susceptible to grey mold and powdery mildew (Oidium), which requires regular preventative measures. Mature berries are prone to shedding due to their thin skin.
