The shrub is distinguished by strong vigor, reaching a height of 1.25–1.5 meters. The leaves are oval-shaped and green. The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «JS2» and «Red Prince».
The flowers are funnel-shaped, of a bright purple-red hue. The flowering period is prolonged: the main wave occurs in spring, and a repeat flowering is also observed in the autumn period.
The plant is intended for ornamental use in parks and gardens. The variety is adapted to climate zones 5–8 and prefers sunny areas for planting.
