Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a dense shrub with elliptical fresh-green leaves, sometimes with a copper or reddish tint. The height of mature specimens usually varies from 0.4 to 0.5 m.

Small bell-shaped flowers of a carmine-pink shade bloom profusely. The first flowering occurs from mid-May to June; a second wave is observed on the leafy plant.

The variety is winter-hardy (USDA zone 5, withstands down to -29°C) and prefers sunny sites with moderately fertile, moist soils. Used in landscape design for creating rock gardens and container gardening.
