Peach yield is a key productivity indicator measured in centners or tons per hectare, and is heavily dependent on irrigation conditions, planting density, and varietal characteristics.

When assessing peach productivity, indicators of fruit mass per unit area or per tree are used, with the timing of the variety's entry into bearing being an important criterion, which usually occurs in the 2nd–4th year after planting. Under rainfed conditions, the yield varies within 100–120 c/ha, whereas the use of irrigation and intensive technologies allows reaching 200–300 c/ha or more.
