The shrub is characterized by a dense, compact, and bushy crown form. An adult plant reaches a height of 0.5 to 1 meter. The small, rounded leaves have an ornamental coloration: coral-red with a yellow margin and yellow-cream spots, with young spring growth exhibiting a more pronounced reddish hue.
The plant blooms with small yellow flowers in May–June. During the autumn-winter period, red berries persist on the bush. The variety is frost-resistant, tolerant of urban conditions, and low-maintenance, though it may be susceptible to powdery mildew, rust, aphids, or spider mites.
