The root crop has a flat-round or highly flattened shape, smooth dark red skin, and juicy, dense dark red flesh with a purple tint, without pronounced zoning. The leaf rosette is upright, about 45 cm high, with long petioles showing anthocyanin coloration.
The period from emergence to technical maturity ranges from 94 to 120 days. The variety is resistant to bolting and drought, but does not tolerate excessive moisture well. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and storage during the autumn-winter period.
