The leaf rosette is upright, about 45 cm high. Leaves are green, elongated, slightly blistered, with a widely wavy margin and long pink-red petioles. The root crop is flat-round, smooth, dark red in color. The flesh is dark red with a violet tint, juicy, dense, with weakly defined rings.
The period from germination to technical maturity is from 95–100 to 120 days. The weight of the root crop varies from 200 to 500 g. The variety is relatively resistant to bolting and diseases, characterized by drought tolerance. Root crops are immersed in the soil by half or less, which facilitates their extraction.
