The vegetation period of the variety is 100–120 days. The leaf rosette is erect, reaching a height of about 45 cm. The petioles are long, up to 25 cm, and have a pink-red hue.
The root crop is strongly flattened, flat-round in shape with a smooth surface and a small head. The flesh is dark red with a purple hue, dense and juicy, without clearly defined rings. The average mass of a root crop is 200–300 g, with individual specimens reaching 500–780 g.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and winter storage.
