The variety is intended for processing into jams, purees, and flour. The fruits are of medium size, ranging from 101–120 pieces per kilogram, and are distinguished by a sweet taste, a reddish hue, and a pronounced sheen.

The plant belongs to varieties with a medium-late ripening period and is a good pollinator. Externally, the fruits are enclosed in cupules with spines of medium length.
