The variety is a descendant of the Spalter variety, obtained as a result of long-term breeding using a male plant of wild origin. It is classified as a mid-late to late variety. The plant possesses good adaptation to climatic stress and high resistance to powdery mildew, with a yield potential of approximately 1900 kg/ha.

The biochemical composition is characterized by an alpha-acid content of 5–9%, beta-acids of 5–7%, cohumulone of 16–20%, and a total oil content from 1.4 to 2.0 ml/100 g. The hop possesses a delicate aroma with hints of citrus, lavender, fennel, strawberry, and melon. It is intended both for the brewing of classic lagers and for use in modern beer styles.
