The yellow-green fruits acquire a purple hue upon ripening. The flesh is white, tender, juicy, with a sweet taste with a slight acidity and a distinct aroma. Harvesting is carried out in early November, and the apples reach consumer maturity by January, maintaining quality until April.

The plant has medium vigor and a spreading crown type. The variety is self-incompatible; Cox's Orange and Reine des Reinettes are recommended for pollination. A tendency toward biennial bearing is noted. The variety is primarily for processing purposes, suitable for culinary use and juice production.
