The tree is low-growing, reaching a height of about 4 meters, and forms a sparse, wide-pyramidal crown. Fruits weighing 120–200 g, sometimes up to 250 g, have a flat-round ribbed shape. The thin skin changes color from light green to yellow with a red blush during ripening and storage; the flesh is juicy and fine-grained.
The variety is characterized by low winter hardiness. It shows relative resistance to scab, but is prone to powdery mildew, Nectria canker, and viral infections. Precocious fruiting with pronounced periodicity is characteristic; it requires regular pruning.
