ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.

Ladolia represents an ancient local variety rather than a product of modern breeding. Due to genetic heterogeneity, the name often acts as a synonym for other varieties in different regions. The fruits ripen between late October and late November or December.
The plants are characterized by high tolerance to cold and drought, and are capable of growing on poor rocky soils. The primary purpose is the production of high-quality oil with low acidity and a mild flavor; less frequently, the fruits are used as table olives.
