ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The plant has an energetic growth type with an upright habit and dense crown, suitable for low-density planting. The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties. The timing of the onset of fruit color change is classified as medium-late.
The variety is highly productive but prone to alternate bearing. It possesses good resistance to abiotic stresses and fungal diseases, such as peacock spot and olive knot, but is sensitive to olive fruit fly infestation.
The fruits are large, suitable for canning due to a good flesh-to-pit ratio and low polyphenol content. The oil is characterized by a high oleic acid content, low levels of bitterness and pungency, with notes of almond and artichoke.
