Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is distinguished by vigorous growth and a voluminous crown with long fruit-bearing branches; leaves are large and broad. Fruits are small, have an ovoid asymmetric shape with a pointed apex, and change color from dark green to ink-black upon ripening.

The variety possesses moderate sensitivity to cold and low susceptibility to olive fly infestation. Fruits are primarily used for oil production, which is characterized by a golden-yellow color, high polyphenol content, and an intense taste with notes of berries and artichoke.
