ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a dense canopy, suitable for mechanized harvesting. The variety enters production early and has a medium stable yield. The oil content in the fruits is 23–26%. Leccino and Moraiolo are suitable as pollinators for it, and the variety itself is well-pollinated by the Orbetana variety.
The variety possesses high resistance to cold and frost, which allows it to be grown in mountain regions. At the same time, it shows sensitivity to the olive fruit fly, the fungal disease peacock spot, and infestation by the olive gall mite.
The resulting oil is characterized by a low acidity level, a high polyphenol content, and a yellow-green color. The taste qualities of the product are described as delicate and sweetish, with characteristic spicy notes.
