OLIVO DEL MULINO is a local Italian variety (genotype) traditionally cultivated in the province of Grosseto. The variety is not the result of targeted breeding and is included in the olive germplasm of Tuscany.

In scientific studies, the variety serves as an object of genetic analysis using microsatellite markers and morphological assessment. Detailed agronomic characteristics, such as ripening dates, productivity, or disease resistance, are not described in the publications.
