The Sikitita Dos (Sikitita-2) variety was bred for super-high-density planting, forming a "hedgerow." The tree has moderate growth vigor and uniform branching, which simplifies pruning and the use of harvesting combines.

The fruits ripen very early, earlier than the Lecciana and Sikitita varieties. The olive oil obtained from them is characterized by high polyphenol content and stability. The variety shows promising tolerance to moisture deficit and is undergoing evaluation for susceptibility to pathogens, in particular to anthracnose.
