SIVIGLIANA DA OLIO is a local Italian olive tree genotype, traditionally cultivated on the island of Sardinia. In literature, it is classified as a minor regional variety, often encountered in orchards as a companion cultivar.
The variety is suitable for processing both into oil and as a table product. Agronomic studies note good self-pollination ability, with fruit set per fertile flower exceeding 10%. Molecular-genetic studies confirm the variety's status as an independent genotype, distinct from other local Sardinian varieties.
