The variety is early-maturing; nuts ripen 2–4 weeks earlier than the Kerman standard, which reduces the risk of pest damage. The tree has a bushy growth habit, which promotes the formation of a large volume of fruiting wood. In young trees, trunk diameter may increase faster than that of the rootstock.

The produce is characterized by high quality, a large percentage of open shells, and a low quantity of empty or closed nuts. The variety has a lower requirement for chilling hours, which contributes to more uniform flowering and ripening in the spring.
