Variety description

The fruits of the variety are large, flattened at the poles, and have an irregular shape. With average dimensions of 17 mm in height and about 22 mm in width, the average weight of ten fruits is 42–47 g. The skin is thin, shiny, and translucent, colored dark orange with a diffused red blush.

The flesh is light yellow-white, very juicy and tender, with characteristic whitish veins. The taste is predominantly acidic, and the juice is practically colorless or has a slight reddish tint. The stone is relatively large, with a size of about 8–8.8 mm.

The variety belongs to the Amarelle group and is genetically close to the Montmorency variety. In the framework of fruit crop resistance studies, the variety stood out as one of the most resistant to Monilinia infection.
