The tree is medium-growing, reaches 2–3.5 meters in height, and has a spherical crown of medium density. Shoots are straight, brown-colored; leaves are large, elliptical, dark green with a smooth surface. Fruits are large, uniform, weighing 4.5–5.0 g, round in shape, dark red in color, becoming almost black upon ripening.
Fruit flesh is orange, tender and juicy, with a sweet-sour taste. The oval, medium-sized pit separates well from the flesh. The variety enters fruiting in the 4–5th year; fruit ripening occurs in mid-July. At harvest, a dry detachment of fruits from the stalks is observed; transportability is medium. The variety is partially self-fertile; the best pollinators are the Zhukovskaya and Vladimirskaya varieties.
