The tree is of medium height, 2–3.5 m tall, forming a spherical crown of medium density. Leaves are large, elliptical, dark green. Flowering occurs on spur branches and last year's growth.
Fruits are round in shape, acquiring an almost black skin color upon full ripening. The stone is medium-sized, oval, and easily separates from the flesh. Fruiting begins in the fifth year after planting.
The variety is partially self-fertile; pollinators are required to increase yield. It possesses resistance to Coccomyces hiemalis, the fruits are for universal use, and the presence of a specific bird cherry aftertaste is sometimes noted.
