The tree has a dense inverted-conical crown with drooping branches. Height is 2.5–3 meters when pruned and up to 5–7 meters without it. The variety enters bearing in the 3rd year after planting.
Fruits are round or heart-shaped, with a sweet-sour taste. Flesh and juice are dark red. Fruits separate from the stalk with a dry abscission, which facilitates transport and processing. Ripening occurs at the beginning or end of the first ten days of July.
The variety has medium winter hardiness. It is characterized as having low susceptibility to leaf spot and medium susceptibility to bacterial canker.
