The rootstock is an interspecific hybrid of Prunus insititia and Prunus domestica. It provides grafted varieties with moderate growth vigor, contributing to a 10–15% reduction in tree size compared to control variants, and is distinguished by good compatibility with various stone fruit species.
The plant possesses resistance to root asphyxia under waterlogging conditions and is characterized by moderate root sucker formation. The rootstock propagates well vegetatively using hardwood cuttings or by the in vitro micropropagation method.
