The variety was obtained by crossing line S5133 and the variety Lauranne. The tree has low to medium vigor, forming a compact semi-erect crown. The plant is self-fertile with an S2Sf / S5Sf genotype, which eliminates the need for pollinator trees.
Flowering occurs 15–20 days later than traditional varieties, and fruit ripening falls at the beginning of September. The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases. The risk of damage by spring frosts is reduced by more than 80%.
The fruits have a hard shell. The large kernel weighing 1.0–1.1 g has an oval shape and a light-colored skin. The kernel yield is 27–35%, and double seeds are practically absent. High oleic acid content ensures storage stability.
